The AI excels at complex, multi-step requests:
"Set up a new project called 'Mobile App':
1. Create a workspace
2. Add a kanban board with columns: Backlog, In Progress, Review, Done
3. Create initial tickets for: User authentication, Profile page, Settings screen
4. Create a timeline with milestones for Beta and Launch"
"Onboard a new team member:
1. Create their user profile
2. Add them to the Engineering team
3. Create onboarding tickets: Setup dev environment, Read documentation, First PR
4. Set up a 1:1 meeting reminder"
"Plan our next sprint:
1. Show all backlog tickets
2. Create a sprint workspace
3. Move the top 5 priority items to the sprint
4. Assign based on team availability
5. Create a timeline with the sprint end date"
"We're launching a new feature next month. Create a workflow:
- Week 1-2: Design phase - assign to Lisa
- Week 2-3: Development phase - assign to Sarah and Mike
- Week 3: Testing phase - assign to QA team
- Week 4: Documentation and launch prep
Set up dependencies so each phase blocks the next."
Be Specific:
Instead of: "Create a ticket"
Try: "Create an urgent ticket for Sarah to fix the login bug by Friday"
The AI knows:
For tickets and workflows, the AI shows a preview before creating. You can:
Group related requests:
"Create three tickets:
1. Design the homepage - assign to Lisa
2. Build the API - assign to Mike
3. Write tests - assign to Sarah"
The AI understands natural language, so use it:
The AI remembers the conversation, so you can follow up:
User: "Show my tickets"
AI: [Shows 5 tickets]
User: "Mark the first one as done"
AI: [Updates ticket status]
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Cmd/Ctrl + K | Open AI command palette |
| Escape | Close AI interface |
| Enter | Send message |
| Cmd/Ctrl + D | Go to Dashboard |
| Cmd/Ctrl + T | Go to Tickets |
If the AI needs more information, it will ask for clarification:
User: "Create a ticket"
AI: "I'd be happy to create a ticket. What should it be about, and which workspace should I add it to?"
If something goes wrong:
| Plan | AI Credits | Brainstorm Sessions |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 (one-time) | - |
| Pro | 100/month | 15/month |
| Business | 400/month | 60/month |
Each AI interaction uses credits. Complex operations (custom widget generation, document analysis) may use more credits.
